I highly recommend Ilona for facials. I have been getting dermaplanes for many years and hers is the best by far. She is very detail oriented. I also like the facial overall. I feel like I have been spoiled and well taken care of for the hour. My skin gets a new boost and looks and feels fresh and hydrated. I’ll be going back again and again!

*EDIT* LaVida called back later that day after they had to cancel our appointment and said they were able to find another therapist who was available that afternoon. I appreciate their effort to get my wife back on the schedule the same day. I was disappointed with the experience. I booked a massage for my wife on her birthday. The communication from LaVida leading up to the appointment made it clear that if I cancel within 24 hrs, I will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. However, LaVida texted me only 2 hours before my wife's appointment to say they had to cancel because the therapist called in sick. There was no offer of providing me a $30 credit, only an offer to reschedule to a different day that my wife was not available anyway. I thought the stars had aligned when I was able to book the original appointment on her birthday which happened to fall on a day of the week that she did not have any work meetings or business travel scheduled, but alas, LaVida was able to ruin that plan. I understand not wanting to expose others to illness if an employee is sick, but if the therapist called in sick, try letting the clients know right away instead of waiting until 2 hours before their appointment so they aren't waiting around all morning getting excited for an appointment that isn't going to happen.
